We primarily host business travelers, professionals, and families seeking short-term accommodations. Our guest screening process includes identity verification and background checks through Truvi – a risk management platform. Every single person must be reviewed and verified upon booking and on the check-in day. Rental agreements are required for all stays over 30 days.
How do I know my property won’t be used for parties or disruptive events?
We enforce strict no-party policies and have immediate response protocols to prevent disturbances. Each property is equipped with MINUT noise monitors, doorbell cameras, and air quality sensors. Additionally, guests with negative rental history or high-risk profiles are not accepted.
How do you ensure the property is well-maintained?
1. Our in-house team professionally cleans the property after each guest. Deep cleans are scheduled bi-weekly.
2. Each space is inspected monthly by our management team to identify and address any maintenance issues.
3. We handle all property issues up to $250. You won’t hear from us for a clogged toilet.
